Lori has over 28 years of multi-family real estate management to include convention, affordable, student and senior housing. She previously worked as a Vice President for The Club Manager’s, a company, which specializes in Real Estate Development, Acquisitions, Financial Analysis, Asset Management and all Regulatory Compliance for the company’s Tax Credit and HUD projects.
Lori’s portfolio experience is valued in excess of $300M and over 17,500 units in multiple markets within multiple states.
Lori is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She has received compliance certifications through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Development and HUD. Lori has served as a board member and an officer with the Galveston County Apartment Association.

Gus has over 10 years of experience in both public accounting and industry, and has worked at multiple global accounting firms including Deloitte, Protiviti and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Gus’s clients included publicly traded fortune 500 to privately held companies, in industries such as Oil and Gas, Automotive Manufacturing and Financial Services. He has led and managed global engagement teams to implement innovative accounting software and automate accounting processes. Gus’s focus at Disrupt Equity is to create a modern accounting department, which produces reliable and accurate financials for management and investors.
Property Supervisor North Texas
Erica has over 10 years of experience in multifamily property management and currently manages Disrupt Management’s North Texas portfolio. Erica is responsible for all facets of operations, staff engagement, fiscal and physical performance of the portfolio. Maximizing her properties fiscal performance, enhancing physical condition, adoption and adherence champion of Disrupt Technology programs & policies.
Lindsey has over 10 years experience in healthcare operations management. She has a special interest in company culture, quality and productivity improvement, budget planning, and development of policies and procedures. She feels that opening the line of communication between clients, customers and business is how you build long-lasting relationships! With a passion in real estate, she has managed her own single-family portfolio in both Texas and Wisconsin and is now focusing on commercial real estate. At Disrupt Management, she is responsible for operations oversight.

Adriana coordinates the creation and serves as Champion of each client’s property success plan. She is responsible for all facets of operations, staff engagement, fiscal and physical performance of her portfolio.

Ara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from La Consolacion College. She is a dedicated individual who provides support to clients. She has worked on various projects and tasks in different industries such as Recruiting, Marketing, Advertising, Construction, Information Technology, Education & Real Estate for almost 8 years.
A former collegiate athlete at McNeese State University where she graduated in 2018 with her bachelor’s degree in marketing. Shanna is currently expanding her knowledge by pursuing her Masters’s in Business Administration with the expected graduation date of December 2019. Before working at Disrupt Equity, Shanna has gained a wide array of marketing experience from industries related to Real Estate and Oil and Gas. Shanna has developed a passion for creativity, innovation, and marketing strategy. She is excited to continue growing her skills to better Disrupt Equity and it’s investors.
