Kimberly Rosales

Kimberly brings a strong background in diverse markets, from lease-up experience, Highrise, and Class C assets to multi-site management, with a strong background in collections and training.  During Kimberly’s career, she has worked with MAA, Irwin R Rose, and NEPM in various management roles.

Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
