Property Supervisor – Houston

Disrupt Management is looking for a ROCKSTAR Regional Property Supervisor to join our rapidly growing property management company.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple apartment communities throughout Texas. The Regional Property Supervisor is responsible for providing support and guidance of the communities to ensure a sufficient flow of revenue and growth. This is a critical position and we are looking for a dedicated leader that will help us to develop our communities and company practices.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsive and receptive to clients and corporate needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Manage the financial performance of the properties by overseeing rents, collections, delinquencies.
  • Perform weekly meetings with clients.
  • Supervises all on-site staff, including hiring, training, supervision, and implementation of corporate policies.
  • Manage marketing efforts to increase lease-ups and renewals.
  • Ensure properties compliance with company polices as well as federal and local regulations.
  • Foster and maintain positive direct report relations through recurring site visits, trainings, meetings, correspondence and by being accessible and providing timely response.
  • Monitor tenant compliance and work to address and solve issues.
  • Work directly with Accounting to manage the accounts payable and receivable.
  • Work to achieve maximum performance based upon monthly and annual goals to increase revenue and other income.
  • Ensure that all applicable deposits, rents, and other fees and ancillary revenues are collected and deposited.
  • Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement program.
  • Be responsive and receptive to clients and corporate needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Effectively monitor all income, and the timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections.
  • Mentor and train the OneSite staff on property management skills and concepts.
  • Lead the onsite staff, delegate responsibilities and set deadlines and ensure accurate completion.

Requirements

  • Great communicator
  • Proficient in RealPage software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to respond to a variety of situations using good judgment with both creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally manage staff and client relationships.
  • Minimum of 2 years Regional Property Manager experience.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
